I don't have much to say at this point, except that I'm extremely excited to be leaving. Of course, there are many sad things about vacating a home/country/community for a year. But, I am slightly blinded of trepidation by the adventure that awaits me.
Thank you to everyone who has called or come over to my house to wish me well. I truly appreciate each one of you and can't wait to share more with all of you...
That is all for now being that it's 10 minutes before I'm supposed to leave and still not dressed.

What a beautiful blog, and an even more beautiful post. I did some thorough searching on the internet for flights just now and I found an excellent fair. I would like to discuss it asap so I can book it before the price increases.

Ola... I just read your whole blog and fishied around on the link about solar roads. I have been wasting about 30 minutes on environmental issues on the internet becuase of your one link! Van Jones resigned! And I hate republican rightists - ugh! (or at least there policies and political idealogies on the environment). Much to talk about. Fly safely.
